When you lose a loved one, you feel like your world is shattered and it can seem as though nobody understands your pain.
A new Bereavement Group is being started for people to come together, share their grief and help each other through this challenging process because there is nothing better than peer support.
The group met for the first time on Sunday, 15 October after Mass and the participants decided that it was worthwhile to meet again.
For those wishing to attend, the next meeting is planned for 26 November after the morning Mass.
