With family and friends coming to visit for the Christmas holidays, many families choose to have their babies baptized during the holiday season so they can share their joy with their loved ones. Further information about Baptisms in our parish can be found here.
During the Christmas season, our altar is transformed into a life-sized manger scene. A Christmas baptism in our parish also offers the opportunity for newly baptized infants to have their baptismal photo taken in the manger- a lovely memento for years to come.
The following dates/times are available:
- 26 December during the 11:00 Mass
- Sunday, 31 December during the 10:00 Mass
- Monday, 1 January (2024) during the 17:30 Mass
- Epiphany Sunday, 7 January (2024) at 12:00
If you would like to have your child baptized at Christmas, with the opportunity to take photos while the manger scene is set up, it is best to plan ahead. Please contact the parish office via email (office@parish.nl) if your would like to have your child baptized during the Christmas season.
