The COS Lunchroom is returning for the 2023/2024 school year. Before the pandemic, the lunchroom was very popular with our parishioners after the morning Mass and was well known for its good quality of food and service.

For more than 4 years, the COS Lunchroom helped several great causes both in our parish and for projects around the world — supplying books and school supplies for poor children in India; a hospital bed for a children’s cancer hospital in Brazil; and shoes and medical care for people in Uganda.

The COS Lunchroom also helped purchase a new oven and dishwasher in the kitchen of our Pastoral Center, as well as sponsoring and hosting 2 luncheons for our senior parishioners.

Because we are such an ethnically diverse parish, we have been fortunate to have groups of parishioners who have volunteered to represent their country or continent by organizing and hosting one of the Sunday lunches featuring food from their country or continent.

The COS Lunchroom will operate once a month during the new RE school year for a total of 7 lunches.

We need people to make tasty food from their home country (hot and/or cold, savory, and sweet).

We also need people to serve the food and hot chocolate with a smile for one or more of the 7 lunches planned this year.
