On Wednesday 30th September, Fr. Sjaak was installed as a Board member of Society De Witte in The Hague. During the open members meeting in which the 3400 members could voice their opinions, the vote was supported by a 90% agreement. Besides this new task, Fr. Sjaak also holds a seat on the Supervisory Board of the international development aid organisation CORDAID, the Board of Brasilia/Auxilia, our own Parish Board, and is a member of the European Pastor’s Symposium for English speaking parishes. How does a busy man find time for all this? Just by truly believing that “The Lord always provides”.
