So far, 19 COS volunteers have been trained in reanimation/AED. Since we had a waiting list, there will be an additional class offered:
- Saturday 18 November from 14.00-16.00
The session can accommodate a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 10 attendees. The cost of the course is Euro 35 per person. (If you are unable to pay and still wish to do the training, please contact the Parish Office about being subsidized.)
Those passing the course will be given a certificate. The course will cover:
- Reanimation
- Proper use of an AED
- Stable side position
- Heimlich maneuver
- 3 scenarios:
- Diabetes
- Stroke
- Cardiac Arrest
